·   Fully responsible for the management of OSP Fiber, FTTH, and COAX Projects with budgets ranging from $30,000 to $1,000,000 which includes placement of conduit, fiber, COAX, OLT, ODN, Power Supply, and nodes plus all splicing within the Northern Orange County area.

·   Quality control of OSP fiber projects post- OSP engineering phase and post construction phase.

·   Design conduit routes with red lines utilizing adobe acrobat.

·   Verify or create Build of Materials (BOM creation) and procure materials from warehouse.

·   Work within scope of GO95 and GO128

·   Manage new build residential, MDU’s, conversions, and municipal relocations

·   Attend pre-construction meetings or work individually with developers, local governments, contractors, and utility consultants to establish schedules and project guidelines.

·   Create and maintain cut sheets and other documentation for new and existing outside plant projects utilizing excel and visio.

·   Pre-field areas that new OSP fiber or COAX is needed utilizing system prints, cut sheets, or by physically visiting locations to verify available conduit or fiber.
